This crash course in need-to-know arts administration skills features dynamic speakers on important topics for nonprofit arts leadership. Maybe you are a visual artist running a nonprofit gallery or a choreographer running a new dance company? Maybe you have a steady 9–5 but serve on the board of an arts organization in your spare time? The best and brightest creatives often wear many hats, including arts administration, a.ka. handling the business side of a nonprofit arts organization. Session #3: Strategy for Nonprofits, 1–2 p.m.
