Much Ado About Ethics CLE Seminar

Tuesday, December 14 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: On Stage at TPAC’s Polk Theater

Theater and law join forces in the Arts and Business Council’s second annual Much Ado About Ethics – a 3 hour ethics CLE with the Nashville Shakespeare Festival that employs live performance, lecture, interaction and discussion to explore the ethical issues facing modern-day attorneys. Directed by Denice Hicks, professional actors from the Shakespeare Festival will perform scenes from Richard III, Twelfth Night and other classics to springboard discussion of conflicts of interest, duties of a subordinate lawyer, prevention of crime or fraud, and other ethical gems. Last year’s participants called it:
“. . . a wonderful CLE program, providing attendees with a very engaging and entertaining way to obtain much needed ethics credits.  I look forward to attending the next one – perhaps even volunteering when audience participation is requested!”

Much Ado will be moderated by Nashville Shakespeare Festival founder Donald Capparella of Dodson Parker Behm & Capparella, Rick Sanders of Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis and Edward Lanquist of Waddey & Patterson. All three are avid, participating members of the William Shakespeare fan club.
Much Ado About Ehtics Price: $100 for ABC member | $130 for non-members
Reserve your spot today by RSVPing to: VLPA@abcnashville.org or (615) 743-3055. Learning about ethics has never been so entertaining.
